PRE FABRICATED AND PRE ASSEMBLED POCKET DOOR FRAME for use in standard 4-9/16" (115mm) thick walls sheeted with drywall. Removable aluminum track with convex rails, rust resistant steel  reinforced frame stiffener, jump proof three wheel hangers and self adjusting floor anchors.  Plaster ground on frame accepts up to 1/2" (12mm) plaster board material or can be trimmed for 1/4" (6.3mm) paneling material. Horizontal members provide solid support for wall materials, and the center member is located at 48" (121.9cm) center for horizontal plaster board installations. Standard track and hangers are 111 Series, but for heavier doors, the 100 Series track and 1125 hanger combination is available for door up to 200lbs. (91kg.). An adjustable steel bracket on the header fastens directly to the rough stud at the opening side. This allows the finished jamb to be installed after rough construction is completed, preventing damage to finished materials. * Optional track and hanger combinations available for doors up to 200 lbs. Steel Nailer Brackets

Steel header bracket nails to rough stud or fasten to brick. Steel floor bracket easily nails or screws to sub or slab floor. Finish jamb can then be installed later.

Removable Track

Track is removable for maintenance if necessary. Convex rail features one point contact, and two dust traps.

Steel Stiffener

Full length, special steel stiffeners assure strong straight jambs.

Protected Shipping

Frame is shipped KD (knocked down), covered on the face edges to prevent damage.

THE 2700 SERIES POCKET DOOR FRAME IS NOT AVAILABLE ON-LINE. HOWEVER THE 1500 SERIES POCKET DOOR FRAME IS. THE 1500 SERIES IS IDENTICAL IN FUNCTION TO THE 2700 EXCEPT IT REQUIRES MORE ON-SITE ASSEMBLY AND SHIPS EASIER.
