The 200SD is one of the finest residential/commercial grade sliding door systems available on the market today. The 200SD is Ideal for heavy door applications where quality, smooth trouble-free operation and long life is a necessity. The 200SD features a heavy duty .125 (1/8") thick 6063T6 precision extruded aluminum I-beam track that is made to the most precise specifications and four-wheeled ball-bearing hangers with removable hanger plates that facilitate easy door installation and removal. Heavy-duty steel reinforced door guides hold heavy doors firmly in place and all 200SD steel components are made from 14 - 16 gauge steel stock for robustness and zinc dichromate plated for corrosion resistance and a quality appearance. The 200SD is built to last and is covered by Johnson Hardware's Limited Lifetime Warranty. Track lengths are available up to 192" [4877mm].

All door weight is carried by 2020 ball bearing door hangers allowing doors to hang naturally reducing possible warpage problems.

FOUR WHEEL HANGERS

Large 1" [25mm] diameter ball bearing nylon wheels assure smooth rolling and long life. Hangers are height adjustable for precision door alignment. Detachable hanger plate allows easy door installation or removal.

I-BEAM TRACK

Thick walled aluminum track is precision extruded for smooth operation and heavy-duty use.

HEAVY-DUTY DOOR GUIDES

Steel reinforced door guides hold heavy doors firmly in place. Other door guides available.

TESTED QUALITY
