.052 6063T6 aluminum bypass track features Johnson's line-design
fascia to hide finger marks and scratches or to hold paint if
desired. Patented "tricycle" hangers with 1" [25mm] dia. wheels ride
smoothly and quietly on convex shaped rails with single point
contact. Hangers feature a quick disconnect clip system facilitating
easy mounting or dismounting of door panels. Hangers are adjustable
for height in case of settling. 1" [25mm] high adjustable floor
guide.

plated steel parts. Track
lengths are available up to 192" [4877mm].
Quality tricycle hanger design allows even weight distribution on track rails and
will not bind. Machine turned and balanced 1" [25mm]
diameter nylon encapsulated wheel construction offers low roll resistance, feather
touch operation. Hangers are height adjustable for precision door
alignment. Detachable hanger plate allows easy door installation or
removal. Standard 1120
hangers are tested for doors weighing up to 125lbs [57kg] each
and optional 1125
heavy-duty ball bearing hangers can carry doors weighing up to
200lbs [91kg] each.
Precision extruded aluminum track features
box type construction preventing hangers from jumping track and
incorporates a fascia to hide gap at top of doors and will hold paint if
desired. Convex rail design provides
single point hanger wheel contact for low roll resistance, and dust
traps on both sides of rails allow hangers to operate freely when dust
builds up.
Pivoting nylon guide posts always stay
parallel to the door preventing door binding. Guides are adjustable for slight door thickness variations. Optional door guides are available for different
applications.
These are preconfigured sliding
bypass hardware sets for standard door widths.
These sets include all necessary
hardware to make 2 or 4 doors slide past each other (doors not
included). Tracks can be cut down to fit any smaller
size openings.
