The 111FD is a compact bi-folding door hardware
system ideally suited for both light commercial or residential
applications. Door hangers and pivots feature a quick
disconnect clip system facilitating easy mounting or dismounting of door
panels and are height adjustable in case of settling. Shock absorbing
hinges self locate and automatically align doors. Heavy (14 – 16 gauge)
zinc dichromate plated steel parts.
Johnson Hardware will replace any item found defective in material or
workmanship, regardless of its date of purchase.
NON-BINDING TOP-HUNG HARDWARE
Allows doors to hang naturally reducing
possible warpage problems. Pivot set and door guide are offset (not
equal distance from door edge) therefore doors will never bind when
in the open position and allow the doors to be pushed shut rather
than pulled shut.

MOUNTED COMPONENTS
All 111FD
components are positioned and mounted on door surfaces so no special
machining or hole drilling is required.
HEAVY-DUTY PIVOT SETS
Heavy gauge steel pivot components hold
heavy doors securely in place. Top pivot socket holds top pivot
firmly in place with a locking clip and will never fall out of the
track. Bottom pivot carries no weight and is completely adjustable
for precision door alignment.
BOX TRACK
Heavy walled aluminum track is precision
extruded for smooth operation. Box design means that doors will
never jump track. Convex track rails reduce roller friction.
Features Johnson's line-design fascia to hide finger marks and
scratches, or to hold paint if desired.
TRICYCLE HANGERS
Heavy walled, aluminum track is precision
extruded to provide a smooth operation with the Johnson tricycle hanger.
Hanger cannot fall off the track yet can be easily disengaged from the
door if necessary. Convex track rail gives one-point contact with
machine turned and balanced nylon wheels. Hangers are permanently
lubricated and are adjustable for settling changes.
SELF LOCATING HINGES
The patented Johnson "Breathing" hinge
allows for door warpage, etc..., which can cause binding. Self locating
fingers automatically space doors.
ADJUSTABLE JAMB BRACKET
Allows for alignment of doors with jamb. Bottom door
pivot snaps in or out easily. Door weight is held at top only - not
supported by jamb bracket, thus no bind or friction problems.
