The 100SD is a highly adaptable Sliding Door Hardware Set designed for
high-end residential or light commercial applications
where quality, trouble-free
operation and long life is a necessity.
The 100SD can be ordered in 2 or 4
door pre configured hardware sets to fit most standard door sizes and
opening widths or by the piece for custom installations. 14
– 16 gauge zinc dichromate plated steel parts. Track
lengths are available up to 192" [4877mm].
Tricycle hanger design allows even weight distribution on track rails and
will not bind. Quality ball bearing construction means that 1125 hangers
can carry door weighing up to 200lbs [91kg] each. Machine turned and balanced
1" [25mm]
diameter nylon encapsulated wheel construction offers low roll resistance, feather
touch operation. Hangers are height adjustable for precision door
alignment. Detachable hanger plate allows easy door installation or
removal.
Compact
aluminum track is precision extruded for smooth operation. Box
design prevents rollers from jumping track. Convex rail design provides
single point hanger wheel contact for low roll resistance, and dust
traps on both sides of rails allow hangers to operate freely when dust
builds up.
Nylon door guides hold doors firmly in place
and can be positioned for a multitude of door thicknesses.
Optional door guides are available for different
applications.
NOTE: Pre configured sliding
bypass sets for standard door widths. Sets include all necessary
hardware to make 2 or 4 doors slide past each other (doors not
included). Track can be cut down to fit any smaller
size openings.
